How do I pronounce Candabra?

How do I place an order?

Click the [Shop Now]  button or use the Top Menu [Shop] tab at the top of the page, or view the Collections tab.

Browse the Candabra selections and add to cart! 

At check out process you can select payment, shipping and enter any coupon or gift card  codes you wish to use.  Remember only one coupon per order, you cannot stack coupons. 

The exception to stacking is Free Shipping on orders over $ 100.00 (after any coupons are applied and prior to adding tax)

What if I want a Custom Design on my Candabra?

Add as many Custom Design Candabra to you cart as you want.  If you have production ready art work email it to marilyn@candabra.com and reference your Order Number.  Or we can help you design your artwork!  Email marilyn@candabra.com with any questions regarding design options. Either way we will send you a design proof for your approval before we proceed.  Once approval has been given and production has begun, your order is non-returnable.

What payment methods do you accept?

We have many different options for payment so that your check-out process is easy and fits your needs.  We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Shop Pay. Your payment details are secured through industry-standard encryption.

What are you shipping options?

Standard shipping is always free on orders over $ 100.00

Shipping fees may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. You can view shipping fees during checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on our website.

What is your return policy?

Our goal is to provide impeccable service, and products you will love!  We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!  Custom Candabras and Gift Cards are final sale.  Generally, all other products come with a 30 day money back guarantee.   For additional detail see our Return Policy    

How do I create an account on your website?

To create an account, visit our website and click on the person icon in the top right corner.  You will arrive at the “Log In” screen, scroll down past the “sign in” button and select "Create Account”.  Follow the instructions to complete the registration process.

How do you protect my personal information?

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

You can reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Follow the instructions to reset your password.
